You are given a choice of taking the simple interest on 100,000 invested for 2 years

You are expected to write a short business plan on a business idea. The business plan should be no more than 15 pages in length (including all figures, charts, and appendix information). Please choose a business that is tailored to funding from either SBA loans, Angel investors, or Venture Capitalists. Note:Please do not pick a family business or micro business.

In the plan, you will be expected to have the following sections:

Executive Summary

This will be not more than one page in length, summarizing the business idea and high-level opportunity.

Market Analysis

This will describe the market, and why this represents a good opportunity. In the section, include a SWOT analysis. This section should be no more than two pages in length.

Service or Product Line

This section will describe the business service or product line in detail. This section should be no more than two pages in length.

Marketing & Sales Implementation Plan

This section will describe the plan to enter the market and how sales will be generated. This section should be no more than two pages in length.

Financials

This will include a 5 year analysis of the business model. Please include a projected income statement and statement of cash flows. Please include both the figures in the text. Justify any assumptions. This section should be no more than two pages in length.

Funding Request and Use of Proceeds

Please state how much funding is required and how the capital will be used. Include a detailed budget. This section should be no more than two pages in length.

Management Team and Partners

Please state the management team, appropriate background, and potential partners. This section should be no more than one page in length.
